The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, with a beautiful dog-friendly beach just across the road. It was perfect for taking our furry friend for leisurely walks and enjoying the seaside atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms on the balcony offered stunning views, allowing us to relax and soak in the picturesque surroundings.

The location is extremely great. I really enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were excellent.

I had always dreamed of visiting Urangan Pier in Hervey Bay, and I chose to stay at Boat Harbour Studio Apartments And Villas solely for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the property's large boat parking area next to the villas. This feature was perfect for me as I love boating and it made my stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, everything I needed to relax and unwind was available, including an outdoor pool, barbecue facilities, and direct access to the golden sands of the beach just across the road.

The stairs to Unit 9 at Boat Harbour Studio Apartments And Villas were challenging, and the bathroom was quite old. The sunken shower lacked hand rails, making it difficult to get in and out.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, with a lovely dog friendly beach just across the road. It was so convenient to be able to take my furry friend for walks there. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Finally, the rooms had a great view on the balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. It was lovely to relax out there and enjoy the surroundings.

In terms of improvements, everything was okay.

The room was very clean and spacious.

The noise from the floor above was a little annoying. You can hear every foot step up stairs. The water system is very noisy also.

We had a pleasant stay at your resort, unfortunately we were not there alot but found your rooms to be very clean and well catered for. I would definately stay at Boat Harbour Resort again and recommend it to anyway wishing to stay at Hervey Bay. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was fantastic, with affordable prices for a beautiful apartment with all the necessary amenities. The location was also outstanding, just a short walk away from the harbor and a lovely dog-friendly beach across the road. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The rooms, particularly the ones with a view on the balcony, were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Everything was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve upon.

The room was very well set out with a very clean modern decor. We had a private balcony, everything was in excellent condition and best of all, the pillows were nice and comfy.!!!!

Noise travels a bit from other rooms.

We always love to stay at Boat Harbour Resort because it is such a tranquil environment and yet so close to all facilities. Very clean units and beautifully maintained gardens. A credit to management. Thankyou so much, see you next year!

The fridge was spacious, and the room had good lighting. The hotel was located near some nice restaurants and shops, and the parking was convenient. Unfortunately, these were the only advantages of our stay.

The building and furnishings were outdated and the bathroom was dirty and falling apart. There was a limit on basic amenities such as toilet paper and dishwashing liquid, which was inconvenient.

Close to Beach and shops. Good facilities with friendly management.

Top of windows don't have blinds so it was bright in the bedrooms at first light....hard to get a sleep in.

The best thing about our trip was the coseyness of the unit and the fact the it was so quiet in the block unlike sky rise hotels.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was very close to the harbor and I could easily walk to local shops and restaurants. Plus, the beach was right across the street, which was fantastic! The cleanliness of the room was impressive too. I enjoyed the hotel facilities and the parking was handy. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.
